Processing time– is the time from placing an order until shipping (the time from receiving an order by the Seller until transferring an order to the courier service for delivery). During this time interval, the Seller processes and confirms the Order, prepares the delivery set and hands it over to the courier service.

Terms of dispatch (shipment)

Order processing and dispatch times

The standard time for processing and confirmation of orders paid immediately after the order checkout is 1-3 hours (in Seller’s working time).

• If the Seller confirms an order in a working day before 12.00, the order is sent in the same day;
• if it is confirmed after 12.00, in the next working day.

The dispatch is carried out in each workday from Monday to Friday.

The times for processing and confirmation of orders may be extended by the time necessary to:

• confirm the fact of payment for Goods
• deliver the Goods to the Seller’s warehouse that are currently unavailable but necessary for the order.

Shipping time means the real time interval from the time when the goods are handed over to a courier to the time when the goods are received by the Buyer.

Delivery cost and times

Goods are delivered on a paid basis on orders up to £50: the standard cost of delivery is £4.

Orders over £50 are delivered for free.

Possible regional extra charge may apply: the cost of delivery is increased by £8 anyway if the postcode in the destination address is in the range of postcodes listed below. As a rule, these are postcodes for remote locations or locations difficult to access, or islands.

The standard delivery time within the territory of the United Kingdom is 4-5 working days after the dispatch.

Deviations from these times are possible: in rush periods (national holidays, Christmas) or in case of force majeure (accidents, traffic jams, severe weather conditions) the delivery periods may be longer by 1-2 working days.

The times and costs of delivery to other EU countries are at least 2 working days and at least £5 respectively, and they are specified at the time of the order checkout.
